Online Contact System Changing to Accurx from 30 June
We would like to let patients know that from 30 June we will be changing our online contact platform from Footfall to Accurx.
This change will support the way patients contact the practice online and will provide a simpler and more accessible experience.
What does this mean for patients?
- The way we manage requests through Total Digital Triage will remain the same.
- All requests submitted online will continue to be reviewed by our team and directed to the most appropriate clinician or service.
- Patients will still be able to submit medical and administrative requests online.
- Patients can continue to contact the practice through our website.
- Patients will continue to receive responses from the practice team.
- Patients can still telephone the practice or attend in person if they are unable to use online services.
What do I need to do?
From 30 June, please use the new Accurx contact form available on our website. Any existing links to Footfall will be replaced.
