Reasonable adjustments

We recognise our duties under the Equality Act 2010 and are happy to make reasonable adjustments where required.

This may include:

  • Offering appointments in downstairs rooms

If you require communication support (for example, hearing loop access or alternative communication methods), please notify reception in advance where possible.

Translation services are available.

Lift access

If the lift is temporarily out of service, we will ensure that:

  • Patients are seen in a downstairs clinical room
  • Alternative arrangements are made without delay
  • No patient appointment is cancelled due to access limitations
