Our receptionists deal with surgery appointments and are your link to the doctors and the medical services the practice provides. They are happy to deal with all general enquiries but are unable to offer medical advice. They may ask you one or two questions to prioritise your request. They have been asked to do this by the doctors, but the information you give them will always be treated in confidence as they are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
